Remove local game data
Android Settings → Apps → Meridian Echo → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app, removes app-private checkpoints, recovery saves, settings, review grants and SDK storage. Your local progress is lost. Starting a new story or clearing an echo is not a complete-erasure action.
Platform backups, exported copies, earlier uploads and store transactions are separate. Do not clear storage while you still need progress you cannot independently recover.
Pending reports
In the app's eligible report-management flow, Delete requests removal of the available pending startup crash-report batch. It does not delete earlier uploads or prove every current-session report was erased. Turning off a switch does not recall a send that was already queued. Analytics reset is a device-side SDK request, not confirmation of provider-wide erasure.
Request help with provider records
Email developer@blackandblue.co.in with Meridian Echo and minimal details about the record you want reviewed. Do not include passwords, tokens, reviewer codes, payment-card data or private saves.
We must safely match an anonymous record to this app before taking a provider action. An email alone may not locate that record. A RevenueCat customer deletion is separate from cancellation, refunds and Google Play's transaction/legal retention. We cannot promise deletion of unmatched, legally retained or another application's records.
